The JVA Women in Leadership Summit is a premier leadership event dedicated to inspiring, connecting, and elevating women who are leading the future of junior volleyball.
Designed for female Club Directors, Administrators, and aspiring leaders, the Summit provides a welcoming space to step away from the demands of the season and invest in personal and professional growth. Throughout the weekend, attendees will participate in leadership conversations, small-group discussions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and community-building activities. Topics will include organizational culture, confidence, communication, decision-making, work-life balance, leading through adversity, staff development, and creating the next generation of female leaders.
Includes all educational sessions, meals, and UF match tickets (travel & lodging not included)
